Red Roof Inn Columbus, MS

I got double charged my 2and day of a 2 week stay which they could do nothing about even though it happened to many different guests on different occassions, luckily my card took care of that issue, clean room. Good service and they don't charge for pets, it still cost over $ 400. And they charge dayvby day and not in advance.

I stayed here the week of 4th of July visiting family. The staff was very nice. My room was very clean from the beds to the tub. It was quiet and peaceful. Where its located you have access to a lot of restaraunts and places you could shop.

Having stayed at many hotels I must say that everyone here is amazingly nice!! Nice spacious rooms!! Clean!! Laundry available for guests!! Plenty of room for your pets to play on a leash of course!! No pet fee just a REFUNDABLE $50 deposit and if your fur-babies are good you get it back!! I would definitely stay here again!! :)

My husband, two kids, and I recently stayed for 1 night at the Red Roof Inn located in Columbus, MS. We requested a room with 2 double beds, and when we arrived, the lady at the front desk upgraded our room to a superior one. The room was clean and nicely decorated with lots of new finishes. Our one complaint was that it took several hours for the a/c unit to cool the room down adequately.

Staff was very friendly, outside appearance was clean and well kept. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were white, clean, and no stains. The bathroom was also newly renovated and the towels were white, clean, and no stains. The room keys are the new style chip keys, so I didn't have to make numerous trips to the front desk to get a new slide key, very nice. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Overall, it was a quiet, clean, and comfy place to stay. I will stay there again, if I am in that area. Oh yeah, there is a great little bar b que restaurant across the street.

I was at the Days Inn and they wanted to much for a week In town and My wife called Red Roof Inn and they weekly rate was 424 and Their rooms was Very Very Nice better even the smoking, Most Hotels in the Area can't even compare really... Great Job

The room was clean & comfortable. The lady at the front desk was helpful & very kind. We were so thankful to have a place to go with power/ water/ heat due ours being out from the ice storm, even if it meant driving an hour or more to find it. There were no rooms available closer to home.

I actually booked next door at first, but didn't feel safe. I moved here and they made it work for me with my dog. Clean, friendly and safe as they do have security cameras on site. No pet fees! And they have smoking rooms available.
